EBC Properties was started in December 2013, by the owner, Elena Jackson. Elena has over 20 years’ experience in property management, having managed her own properties in and around Sheffield, as well as Liverpool. Elena was also working ad-hoc for an established letting agency, conducting viewings and drawing up inventories.
She took the plunge and started EBC Properties. Since starting the company in 2013, it's gone from strength to strength, continually growing the business, expanding our client base, not only in Sheffield, but throughout South Yorkshire and Derbyshire.
In 2022, we moved to larger premisses and have taken on more staff to help you find the perfect property.
EBC Properties maintains the “family ethic”, they are not a large corporation and treat all tenants and clients equally as if they are part of the family. Unlike other agencies, EBC staff are available all day, every day, up to 10pm”

At EBC Properties there are no hidden charges, unlike most agents, we do not charge for signing on with us, signing tenants, inventories, inspections, or arranging any repairs as and when needed. We will only charge a monthly flat rate fee which is negotiable. Our professional letting agents can help you find the perfect property for rent that suits your needs and budget.
